I love to meditate. If you have never tried meditation, you will love it. I know it seems like you are doing nothing, but being able to calm the mind can have amazing health benefits.

I have found it to be very helpful in keeping me on track with P90X. The program is so hard and it’s so easy to stop doing it, but I have learned to increase my focus on improving my body through meditation.

It would be silly try and lift the kettlebell by arm wrestling it up, you must then use the left arm to aid in the lifting of the kettlebell from the floor, reach over with your left hand and assist the right hand in lifting up the kettlebell. You should get the bell on top of your chest, and then left go of the left, and use just your right hand to sort of press the weight up above your chest, locking out your arms into full extension.

I have been doing quite a bit of research this past week looking for the best way to gain muscle mass.
